DEKO MedTech is supporting Team Rynkeby, a charity initiative that raises funds for cancer research and provides support to affected families. This year, DEKO MedTech is a gold sponsor of the Oulu team in Finland.
Team Rynkeby teams cycle to Paris to raise funds. In Finland, the donations are directed to the Aamu Foundation for clinical childhood cancer research and to Sylva ry for psychosocial support for children with cancer and their families. This season, more than 2 100 cyclists and 500 support crew members are participating across eight countries.
Corporate support plays a key role in fundraising and DEKO MedTech is committed to contributing to this work. “We want to support activities that provide concrete help to children and their families in difficult life situations. Team Rynkeby combines a strong sense of community with a meaningful goal in a way that is easy to commit to,” says Tero Andersson, CEO of DEKO MedTech.
